Because today I’m going to show you the exact steps you can take to login to Paycor’s HCM platform in a convenient and secure way.

The Paycor employee login process can be completed from any computer, laptop, or mobile device that has internet access.

But before moving on, let’s look at what Paycor is and how it can benefit both you and your organization.

The company provides HR and payroll services to simplify and automate the complexities of managing an entire workforce, making it easy for companies of almost any size and in any sector to make sound decisions about their people.

More specifically and as I just mentioned above, Paycor offers online payroll services as well as a full suite of affordable, high-quality human resources software that is easy to use and contains powerful features to securely and efficiently manage all aspects of people management.

Its suite of integrated software solutions allows companies to execute core payroll processing and HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding for new hires, benefits administration, employee relations and compliance issues, time and attendance tracking, and compensation planning and analysis, among many other things.

In short, Paycor is an all-in-one, cloud-based HR software solution that helps companies across various sectors manage the complete workforce lifecycle from hire to retire, all from a single, highly customizable system.

Paycor says that thanks to their core HR solution for all employee data, leaders will never have to switch platforms, log-in to multiple systems, re-key information or open several spreadsheets.

Paycor Secure Access for Employees

The HCM portal lets employees access their current and previous pay stub information online, W-2s, 1099s, and benefits. It can also be used to submit time off requests, update contact information, view work schedules and future pay dates, and even clock in and out of the time and attendance system.

Paycor Login Step by Step

In order to login, you must first go to the Paycor sign-in page, which can be easily reached by clicking or copying and pasting the following link into your web browser:

Once you’re there, enter your username and password, and then click the big blue button that says “Sign In.”

For added security, you can also use single sign-on (SSO) technology to login on the web.

How to sign in with SSO

  1. Go to
  2. Select “Sign in with SSO.”
  3. Enter your email address or username.
  4. Click “Sign in.”

Logging in with Paycor Mobile

Just like the web portal, the Paycor mobile app allows employees to view and manage their information, fill out their timesheets, get training, and stay up to date with the latest press releases and company news wherever they are.

Please be aware that your company’s administrator may need to enable some features before they start showing up on the app.

Download Paycor for Android or iOS app, if you haven’t already installed it.

Once the app in installed, you can only log in with an existing account because you cannot sign up for a new account directly from the app.

  1. Enter your username or email.
  2. Tap “Next.”
  3. Enter your password.
  4. Tap “Sign in.”

How to reset your password

  1. On the login page, click on the “Forgot your password?” text.
  2. Enter the email address on file and associated with your Paycor account.
  3. Enter your username.
  4. Click “Continue.”

After clicking on Continue, the system will automatically send you an email with a temporary verification code to login with. You’ll then need to create a new password, so you can log back into Paycor again.

How to recover your username

  1. Go to
  2. Click on the blue “Sign in” button at the top right side of the page.
  3. Now click on the “Forgot your username?” text.
  4. Enter the email address that you used to register.
  5. Click “Continue.”

If your username is found within their system, an email with your username will be sent to the email address that you used when you signed up.
