Cracker Barrel has made it easier for its employees to access work related information from anywhere.
The chain just launched a new and improved Cracker Barrel employee website, dubbed The Front Porch, that provides easy access for employees to view their work schedules, pay stubs (also called payslips, wage statements, or paycheck stubs), benefit plans, and more.
In short, The Front Porch is a self-service portal where employees can carry out a number of tasks from the comfort of their homes using an internet connected device. For example, users may access their payslips online via a web browser on their smartphone, mobile device, or PC, apply for vacancies, update their personal information and contact details, and perform other similar tasks.
The portal also provides company news, updates, and resources, as well as important career-based information that will allow employees to expand their roles, experience, and skill set within the organization.
Additionally, there are other self-service options for matters such as paid holidays, maternity or paternity leave, nursing breaks, and more, as well as a variety of ways to contact the human resources department to request information or get help with whatever they may need.
Cracker Barrel Employee Login
Here’s what you need to do to access your Cracker Barrel account:
1. Visit Cracker Barrel’s Front Porch Self Service login page at frontporchselfservice.crackerbarrel.com.
2. Enter your “Employee Number.”
3. Enter your “Password.”
4. Click “Login.”
Just take note that in order to access The Front Porch regularly, you’ll first need to activate your account by logging in with your Employee Number and a temporary password which usually starts with “00” followed by the last four numbers digits of your social security number (SSN).
After signing in to The Front Porch Self Service portal for the first time, you’ll need to set up a new password so you can continue accessing the Cracker Barrel Employee website from thereafter.
If you encounter any problems during the account activation process, please contact your manager or ETC to get help.
Forgot Your Password?
If you forget your Front Porch Self Service password or simply want to reset it for security purposes, follow these steps:
1. Go to frontporchselfservice.crackerbarrel.com/forgotpassword.
2. Enter your Employee ID.
3. Click “Submit” and follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.
