A Step-by-Step Guide to the FMCDealer Login Process

Step 1: Go to the Login Page
For a secure web logon, the first thing that you’ll need to do is go to the website’s login page. There are two very straightforward ways to reach the desired page. The first way is to key in the web address in your browser’s address bar. The other is by simply clicking on the following direct link: faust.idp.ford.com.
After hitting enter or clicking on the direct link that I just mentioned, you’ll be greeted by the site’s login page, which, by the way, is your own personal gateway to the FMC Dealer’s world.
Step 2: Enter your Login Details
Now it’s time to pull out those all-important login credentials. Scan the page for two empty fields, which shouldn’t be hard to miss as they’re located right there in the center of the page. The initial field is designated for your User ID and the following one is for your password. In the first field, input your User ID. Then, proceed to the second field and key in your password (see image below).
Before clicking on the “Login” button, please review the inputted information carefully to confirm that it’s accurate. If it isn’t, then you probably already know what to do next. Bear in mind that passwords are sensitive to upper and lower case, so ensure your Caps Lock is appropriately set when you’re entering your password.
Step 3: Click Login!
All set? Great! Look for the “Login” button under the User ID and Password fields and click on it once you find it to access the dealer portal.
That’s it, you’ve successfully logged in to the FMCDealer site.

Forgot your Password?
If you forget your password, click on the “Dealers” link on the login page. Once you’re on the “password reset” page, key in your user ID, and hit Submit. Shortly after, you will receive an email containing a link that will allow you to create a new password.
