To start working as a Service Partner, you can register your business as an incorporated entity or as a sole proprietor. If you don’t have a registered business yet, then you have the option to join a call center business that’s already using the Arise Platform.
Upon registration, you’ll be able to review and select the client opportunity that works best for you and take a certification course that will prepare you to provide customer service for that specific client.
After completing the certification course, you’ll need to sign a Statement of Work (SOW) for the client opportunity, which is generally about three months long.
To sign up, simply go to register.arise.com and fill out the registration form.
You’ll need to provide general information about yourself like where you live, name, date of birth, spoken languages, contact information, etc.
Once you’re done filling out the registration form, check the NDA agreement and the terms of service box, and click “Register.”
Now go to your inbox and look for any emails sent by Arise to complete the registration process.
Arise Portal Login Step-By-Step Instructions
Follow the steps below to access your Arise Portal account:
- Go to the login page at portal.arise.com.
- Enter your Arise portal username in the “Username” field.
- Type in your password in the box labeled “Password.”
- Click “Log In.”
Forgot your login information?
If you have forgotten your login details, such as your username or password, go to the login page using the link above and click on the “Reset your Username or Password” link at the top right to request your access details.
When you click on “Username” or “Password” a new window will pop up where you’ll need to enter your Email or Username and click “Reset via Email.”
Now go to your email inbox and look for an email sent by Arise. After locating the email, open it and follow its instructions to recover your login details.
