The ACES ETM Employee Portal is an online resource that allows Bath & Body Works employees to access their pay stubs, direct deposit details, W-2’s, and other payroll-related information and tools. Employees can also use the portal to stay up-to-date on company news and events, manage their work schedules, request time off, and review and access their benefits information from anywhere, at any time – as long as they have access to an internet-connected device.

L Brands, now known as Bath & Body Works, Inc., is a publicly traded company that operates Bath & Body Works, which is a specialty retailer based in Columbus, Ohio that sells soaps, candles, lotions, and fragrances, employing over 60,000 store associates at more than 1,600 retail locations in the U.S., and at more than 400 stores and over 30 e-commerce websites around the world.

Although L Brands is now officially called Bath & Body Works, the company’s employee portal remains accessible through the Limited Brands Aces ETM website at LB.com, as it always has been.

With that said, today I’m going to show you how the Aces ETM login process works. But keep in mind that in order to follow along you’ll need to have a couple of things at the ready, including your username, also known as User ID or Network ID, and your Aces ETM password, of course.

Other requirements include a computing device that you can use to access the web portal, such as a laptop, smartphone, tablet, or any other internet-enabled device that’s been properly set up.

If it’s your first time logging in to the Aces ETM portal, it probably means that you don’t have a password yet, so you may need to contact the company’s Stores Technology Service (STS) to get help setting one up.

As mentioned above, once you’ve logged in, you’ll be able to access your L Brands paystubs, benefits information, direct deposit details, work schedules, and more.

Aces Login – Step-by-Step

Before being able to access all the information, resources, and tools available through the company’s online web portal, you’ll first need to sign in to your Bath & Body Works associate account. If you don’t know how to do it, follow the steps below.

Go to the Aces ETM login page at:

https://hraccess.lb.com

Enter your L Brands Network ID, which is your employee ID, in the “User Name” field.

Now enter your Password and click “GO.”

After logging in to the Aces ETM portal, you will be able to access the resources you need.
The Aces portal contains menus and links that will help you understand and navigate the site with ease.

Whether you’re trying to check your pay stubs or timesheets or edit your employee information, the menus and self-service links, which are pretty straightforward in my opinion, can help.

To increase account security, you can also set up your PingID, which is a required form of authentication when you log into systems that contain sensitive data.

You can set up your PingID on mobile devices via the app, email, or using the SMS option. More detailed information on how to set up a PingID can be found here.
